Reporting & Costing Analyst - Must Drive to NJ Once a WeekTop Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Reporting & Costing Analyst in Brooklyn, NY, to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of stores on a weekly and monthly basis. This role will involve analyzing gross margins, vendor item costs, and overall profitability metrics.Key Responsibilities:Calculate recipe costs and manage Bill of Materials, while monitoring and reporting any significant cost fluctuations.Communicate with vendors to gather competitive cost information and perform cost comparisons and analyses.Conduct weekly monitoring, analysis, and reporting on various performance metrics, including margin analysis.Maintain and oversee the POS system inventory database.Track competitor pricing strategies and adjust company pricing as necessary.Qualifications:Availability to travel to Lakewood, NJ location once per week.Previous experience in costing recipes and setting up Bills of Materials.Advanced proficiency in Excel and the capacity to work with large data sets.Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.Work Schedule:Exciting Early Fridays (During the winter months): Early out by 1:30 PM to kickstart your weekend early!Why You Should Apply:Solid Benefits Package including comprehensive health, dental, and vision coveragePaid Time Off (PTO) to promote a healthy work-life balancePay Rate - $50,000 - $58,000A collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on safety and innovationTop Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
