Leading a dynamic team of BCBAs, RBTs, and an Operations Manager, you'll champion clinical excellence and maximize client progress while embodying our core values of compassion, teamwork, and integrity. At Challenge ABA, you won't just lead a team - you'll spearhead a movement, empowering children with autism to unlock their full potential and shaping the future of compassionate, personalized care.Primary Responsibilities: The required tasks of a Clinical Director include but are not limited to the following:Team Leadership and Development· Foster staff growth and advancement· Facilitate weekly team meetings to enhance collaboration· Deliver 20 billable hours weekly, focusing on BCBA specific roles (e.g., parent training, assessments, supervision) - this requirement is subject to change as company grows· Manage 40 hours of clinical tasks, including non-billable client-specific work· Provide 5-20% oversight for each team member's performanceClinical Excellence· Review, edit, and approve treatment plans· Guide assessment processes and treatment plan creation· Optimize caseload allocation among clinical supervisors· Lead parent consultations and educational sessionsQuality Control and Compliance· Spearhead implementation of company policies and protocols· Perform regular documentation audits (e.g., session notes, client programs, behavior intervention plans, etc.) across all staff levels· Uphold HIPAA standards and BACB's ethical guidelinesProfessional Development Initiatives· Design and implement effective training programs for clinic and home-based services· Orchestrate staff development events and workshopsOperational Management· Support recruitment and hiring for RBT and BCBA positions· Monitor timely billable and non-billable timesheet submissions for self and team· Ensure prompt completion of all required documentationQualifications· Current BCBA certification from the BACB· Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related discipline· Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience· At least 1 year of ABA clinic management experience· Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities· Genuine passion for client progress and empathy for familiesIdeal Candidate Profile3+ years of BCBA practice2+ years of in-home ABA service provision2+ years of ABA clinic managementProficiency with Data Collection SoftwareWhy Join Challenge ABA?At Challenge ABA, we're more than just a company - we're a family united by our passion for helping children thrive.
