Electro-Mechanical Assembler needed for a contract opportunity with SOC's client to work onsite in Londonderry, NH.Contract Length: 12+ Months, possible conversion to FTE1st Shift: 4/10 hour days - 5:00 am to 3:00 pmJob Description:Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. Works from work instructions and uses hand and/or power tools. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.Responsibilities:Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations in a clean room environment which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.Employment PrerequisitesThe following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: successful completion of a background investigation and drug urinalysis.SOC, a Day & Zimmermann company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer, EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
