Job Title: ECommerce Catalogue ManagerLocation: Brooklyn, NY (On-Site)Employment Type: Full-TimeJoin our dynamic and high-volume ecommerce company as an ECommerce Catalogue Manager, based in our Brooklyn headquarters. This critical role ensures the accuracy, organization, and high-quality presentation of our product catalog across multiple platforms, including our website and third-party marketplaces.We launch over 500 new SKUs each month, requiring a skilled manager to oversee content creation and catalog management. The ECommerce Catalogue Manager will lead a team of both in-office and offshore team members to ensure smooth workflows, timely delivery, and excellence in catalog data management.Key Responsibilities:PIM Software Expertise: Manage and maintain our product information management (PIM) system, Akeneo, ensuring all product data is accurate, complete, and optimized for ecommerce platforms.Lead and mentor a team of in-office and offshore employees, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely task execution.Oversee the creation and management of product descriptions, images, infographics, and videos.Coordinate with the photography team to prioritize product and lifestyle imagery.Continuously enhance processes to improve efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.Develop and maintain A+/Enhanced product detail pages for platforms like Amazon and other marketplaces.Conduct routine quality assurance checks for data integrity and catalog accuracy.Collaborate with the Buying Team to create content for product bundles, kits, and specialized product collections.Generate and analyze reports on catalog performance and data quality to inform decision-making.Qualifications:Mandatory: Experience with PIM software, ideally Akeneo.4+ years of experience in product catalog management, ecommerce content, or a related field.Proven experience managing offshore teams and ensuring productivity across time zones.Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, such as Amazon and Shopify, is a plus.Basic knowledge of photography or product imagery workflows is desirable.We're seeking a highly organized professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in managing product catalogs in a high-volume ecommerce environment.
