The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse with proficiency in various aspects of multimedia production and a keen understanding of when to bring in external expertise. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and supports our marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and produce high-quality visual, video, and written content to support marketing campaigns and brand initiativesCollaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagementUtilize customer insights and market research to inform content creation and ensure it aligns with our brand voice and strategic goalsManage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assetsCoordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed to enhance creative outputsEnsure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voiceMonitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvementsStay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually elevate our creative standardsQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You will spend your time developing eye-catching graphics, editing engaging videos, and crafting compelling copies for our latest marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing manager to ensure your creative work supports broader marketing strategies and business objectives. Limited travel may include attending meetings and work sessions in other SAA Offices, Client Offices, or Job Site. Mileage will be reimbursed at a predetermined market rate. Individuals must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record and have reliable transportation. Travel expenses will be reimbursed and per diem provided when appropriate.
