In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our promotional activities by managing sample inventory, coordinating tradeshow logistics, and ensuring our promotional materials are readily available. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Sample Management:Pull, pack, and ship samples requested from the sales teamMaintain an organized sample area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.Tradeshow Logistics:Pull, pack, and ship outgoing tradeshow equipment and materials.Process incoming tradeshow equipment, ensuring it is accounted for and in good condition.Keep tradeshow equipment organized and ready for upcoming events.Inventory Management:Monitor sample inventory and place orders as neededUpdate tradeshow inventory spreadsheet as equipment comes and goesWhat We're Looking forHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or promotional support role preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with inventory management systems.Excellent communication skills.RequirementsMust be able to speak, read and write EnglishMust be able to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift 50 lbsTemperature controlled facility with office and light manufacturing environment; non-smoking; safety hazards minimal with daily use of some chemicals; company provided smock and hairnet mandatory in all controlled production areas.EMS is an Equal Opportunity Employer that takes pride in a diverse environment.
