With one of the most progressive and rewarding compensation plans and commission schedules for a sales team in the industry, MH's sales structure is designed for professionals who are competitive top performers.This individual is responsible for developing Customer relationships and increasing the sales of the aftermarket offerings of parts and service available from MH Equipment Company as well as catalogue and allied sales.Job Responsibilities:Obtain, maintain and optimize Customer relations through planned and regular sales visits and communicationsObtain sales objectivesIdentify target prospects and create strategic action plans to develop the accounts as CustomersPerform audits of customers' fleets and make appropriate recommendationsMaintain Customer information files and notes with periodic review with managementParticipate with product promotions from external and internal sourcesManage all custom programs installed at the assigned accountsPromote sales of catalogue and allied productsPromote operator and technical trainingSell periodic and full maintenance contractsEnhance vendor relations by supporting programs and working with their representativesAttend and participate in all sales or Company meetingsParticipate in Company sponsored training sessions for enhancing selling skills and technical knowledgeProduce periodic budgets, plans of action, summaries and other reports or lists as necessaryPresent a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparationJob Requirements:Experience in material handling sales is preferredGreat interpersonal skills - Displays honesty, ethics and integrity at all timesAbility to organize a selling plan and exhibit time management skillsCompetency in time and territory managementCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) usage an assetStrong verbal and written communication skillsValid driver's license, proof of insurance and dependable vehicleProficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, web searches, etc.Working Conditions:Flexibility to work when Customer needs require it and may exceed a 40 hour workweek with some overnight travel and weekend work.
