An innovative, mid-sized healthcare advertising agency based in New York is looking for an Account Director to join their ever-growing team on a hybrid office model (3 days a week in office).The Healthcare Advertising Agency:This independent healthcare advertising agency is highly creative and have an ethos of working with no boundaries - they are passionate about the global campaigns they create and the audiences they capture. The team are highly collaborative and are eager to be connected with like-minded industry specialists - those keen to be hands on, innovative and ambitious in the goals that they set.Account Director:As the Account Director, you will be responsible for leading the on one or two accounts, both with a variety of digital projects and media deliverables, so ideally this individual will have excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize output sufficiently. A professional that can be tactful and strategic with the questions they ask and insight they gain from clients will really stand out. The role will encompass the need to mentor more junior team members at the Senior Account Executive level, problem solving and advising the client accordingly. Those that are highly personable, self-motivated, proactive in their daily responsibility and always looking to stretch up in terms of seniority will resonate well with this agency!Account Director - Essential Experience:6-7+ years of advertising agency experience within the healthcare space, and ideally a marketing (or similar) degree.Experience working across the majority of digital tactics and versatility across HCP & DTC brands.An ability to think on your feet, to act tactfully and to create impact when working with a good level of autonomy.Excellent communicator both directly with client as the day to day lead, as well as internally with cross-functional teams.A strong history of creating lasting relationships, providing creative strategic insight and proactively anticipating client needs and problems.A confident team lead, self-starter and proven ability to foster a team atmosphere that motivates ongoing team success.If this sounds like an opportunity you would like to learn more about, please apply directly!
