The company specializes in inverter technologies meeting the needs of new generation HVAC technicians.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our San Jose HVAC supply store. In this role, you will be responsible for the opening of the store, oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated team, drive sales, and ensure top-notch customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to advance in the HVAC industry.ResponsibilitiesOversee the store opening - monitor the design and set-up process, manage initial arrival of the inventory. Hire the team.Operations Management: Coordinate daily store operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfilment, and facility maintenance. Stay current with cycle counts and keep dead stock at a minimum. Maintain ample levels of inventory to meet delivery and service expectations of all branch customers. Oversee branch and warehouse appearance, housekeeping, maintenance, and repair.Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop staff members for the new branch. Promote a positive work culture that inspires high performance and professional growth.Sales & Customer Service: Set and achieve sales targets, nurture existing customer relationships, and uphold high service standards.Maintain sales - review/edit, credits, negative inventory, damage inventory and cash reconciliations. Communicate regularly with branch customer base to establish and maintain strong relationships. Enter all sales calls in CRM.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control expenses, and prepare regular financial and operational reports. Maintain a 93%, or higher, audit score. Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budget departmentsVendor & Supplier Relations: Maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.Compliance: Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to provide a safe, compliant workplace.QualificationsEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Managerial experience required.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and evaluate employees to foster a productive team environment.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting sales data, budgeting, and financial reports to make informed decisions.Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses , $90,000-105,000/yearPaid time off (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)Commission StructureOpportunities for professional development and career advancementQualified Applicants must be legally authorised for employment in the United States.
