You'll be part of a team that genuinely cares about helping you succeed, and you'll work alongside talented colleagues, while making a difference in our communities.POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision and direction of the Regional Compliance Manager, will respond to emergencies and adhere to the scheduled pest control at all locations, including California, Arizona, Texas, and Nevada.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Work closely with Vendors and provide direction to Compliance Manager.Provide support with scheduling preventive maintenance services.Inspect premises to identify the underlining causes for pest conditions and develop recommendations.Support Management on best practices on keeping grounds pest-free.Respond to any concerns at Store locations as directed by Compliance Manager.Respond to scheduled appointments for extermination.Generate reports and communicate findings and recommendations.Ability to travel to store locations in Texas to support findings at store level and to be communicated back to Compliance Manager.Qualifications :High School Diploma or GED equivalentPrevious pest control experience desired30% of time spent on store walks and travel out of state if necessary, however rarely.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Spanish and English.Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to multi-task and work in a changing, fast-paced, and result-oriented environment.Support with emergencies as needed, (on occasion during non- working hours.)Must be bilingual, English, and Spanish.Physical Demands and Work Conditions :The physical demands and work conditions below represent those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
