Lead the day-to-day HR operation. Oversee payroll processing using Rippling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Provide guidance on Company policies and procedures and address any issues in a timely manner. Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. QualificationsBilingual (English and Spanish) required. 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, wholesale, or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse/forklift safety standards preferred. Experience handling payroll; knowledge of Rippling is a plus.
