Apply today, we'd love to meet you!CNC MachinistWoburn MAPay Rate: 30-34 an HourLoading raw materials, mounting fixtures, and aligning cutting tools on the CNC machine based on project requirements.CNC programming:Writing and editing CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to define the cutting paths for the desired part geometry.Operating CNC machines:Monitoring machine operation during the machining process, adjusting parameters as needed to maintain precision.Quality control:Performing in-process inspections using measuring tools to ensure parts meet tolerances and specifications.Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions or programming errorsMaintenance:Performing basic maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performancePreferred Competencies:Strong understanding of CNC machining principles, including G-code programming, cutting tool selection, and machine capabilities.Ability to interpret complex measurements and calculations related to machiningAccurately interpreting technical drawings (blueprints) and specificationsDiagnosing and resolving issues related to machine operation and programmingMaintaining high precision and quality standards in productionFamiliarity with CAD/CAM software for program creationEDUCATION: High School Diploma
