In this role, you will be the driving force behind the success of project development, playing a critical role in shaping processes and ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional work for a few of our key clients. Your leadership and insights will help transform client goals into actionable strategies, empowering our teams to exceed expectations consistently.Working closely with the Client Strategy Lead, you'll not only ensure that projects are executed flawlessly but also contribute to refining and improving how Breaking Data delivers value to its clients. This is your opportunity to take ownership of the project development process, collaborate with a team of talented professionals, and make a meaningful impact within a growing and innovative agency.Roles and responsibilitiesProject Development and CoordinationTranslate strategic vision into action: Work closely with the Client Strategy Lead to break down their vision into actionable, well-defined project tasks, ensuring each task is clearly assigned with concise direction to the appropriate team members.Coordinate the seamless handoff of project tasks to the Creative Director and their team for execution.Oversee the day-to-day management of client projects, from kick-off to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.Proactively anticipate challenges and resolve them, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.Team Support and CollaborationWork closely with internal teams"”including creative, strategic, and technical experts"”to ensure they have the tools, information, and direction to succeed.Act as a liaison between the Client Strategy Lead and project teams, translating client goals into actionable tasks.Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel supported and empowered to deliver exceptional results.Client Communication and LeadershipSupport the Client Strategy Lead in maintaining strong client relationships by ensuring projects align with client objectives and feedback is addressed promptly.Attend client meetings to capture actionable insights and communicate progress, ensuring clients feel informed and confident in our work.Represent Breaking Data with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying our values and commitment to excellence.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree or higher required, with 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or a related role in a healthcare or marketing agency.Familiarity with either healthcare marketing, HCP communications, or the pharmaceutical industry is required.Skills and AttributesProject Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management applications such as ClickUp or similar, with a proven track record of managing complex projects effectively.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans and articulate them to teams and clients.Collaboration: Team-oriented, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a supportive and productive environment.Problem Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, think strategically, and deliver innovative solutions.Organizational Excellence: Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Work environmentOur Cherry Hill, NJ office offers a flexible and collaborative environment.
