Collaborative and Open-Minded Approach A team player with no ego who fosters a collaborative environment by being open to ideas and discussions, ensuring input is valued and considered from all team members.Role Description This role serves as a trusted advisor to the CIO and a key partner to IT leadership, ensuring the execution of strategic priorities and enhancing operational efficiency. The position is designed to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, working across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Systems, Data, and Application Development teams to drive transformation and alignment.The Chief of Staff or Director of IT Strategy and Transformation will focus on:• Driving IT strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. • Overseeing program and project portfolios, with an emphasis on prioritization and resource allocation. • Partnering with IT domain leaders to streamline processes and enhance collaboration. • Leading operational planning, tracking progress, and providing actionable insights to the CIO. • Developing and managing executive-level communications, dashboards, and presentations.Key Responsibilities • Act as the right-hand person to the CIO/CTO, ensuring strategic initiatives are on track and delivering value. • Collaborate across IT teams and IT Leadership Team (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Systems, Data, and App Dev) to ensure cohesive planning and execution. • Lead the development of frameworks, playbooks, and processes to drive consistency in project delivery and governance. • Drive organizational alignment by ensuring teams adhere to agreed priorities and timelines. • Facilitate decision-making through comprehensive analysis, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions. • Support budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management activities. • Create and deliver compelling, high-quality presentations for executive audiences.Requirements • Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership roles or IT consulting role, with a focus on strategy, operations, or program management. Must have experience in Financial Industry, data analytics and software development environments. • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives. • Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and align efforts with business goals. • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization. • Executive Presence: Confident and professional demeanor, capable of influencing and engaging senior executives. • Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Expertise in creating executive-level presentations and materials. • Knowledge: Familiarity with IT processes, governance frameworks, and tools like Jira. Understanding of SDLC and IT transformation projects is a plus. • Soft Skills: Collaborative, decisive, and able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
