You excel in dynamic environments and bring a strong focus on delivering results while championing diversity and inclusion.ResponsibilitiesSupplier Management and Relationship Building: Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships to achieve performance, cost, and diversity goals.Oversee the supplier onboarding process, ensuring alignment with company policies and project needs.Monitor and audit supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.Diversity and Inclusion in Procurement: Identify and engage diverse suppliers to meet inclusion objectives.Incorporate diverse suppliers into procurement pipelines for current and future projects.Track and report diversity metrics to support organizational goals.Project and Operational Support: Oversee procurement activities for large-scale infrastructure or operational projects.Work closely with internal teams to ensure procurement processes align with project milestones.Analyze procurement data to drive efficiency and improve outcomes.Process Optimization and Compliance: Enhance procurement processes to ensure regulatory compliance and cost-effectiveness.Solve complex procurement challenges with innovative solutions and strategic planning.Maintain adherence to internal policies and industry standards.Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to support procurement strategies.Act as a key contact for procurement-related inquiries and issue resolution.Communicate effectively within a distributed team environment.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Diversity, or Supply Chain Management. Preferred experience in infrastructure, aviation, or facility management sectors. Proven expertise in supplier relationship management, onboarding, and auditing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience with large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is advantageous. Knowledge of Port Authority guidelines and procedures is preferred but not required.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary ($100,000-$125,000). Commuting expense reimbursement.
