Prime Retail Services has an immediate opening for a full-time Construction Project Manager. This will be an in-office job located our of our headquarters in Flowery Branch, GA. We are in need of an experienced and proficient team player to join our Construction Division and provide your project management skills. In addition, we have Paid Holidays, sick time off, and PTO.If this sounds like you, please read the description below and if qualified please apply today!OVERVIEW: We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Effectively manage, inspire, and motivate a team of professionals Support engineering and sales teams to deliver project requirements within schedule and budget without compromising safety standards Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project life cycle related to project deliverables Manage the overall procurement of materials and deliverables Selection of suppliers and issuance of purchase orders and sub-contracts as defined by our internal processes Client relations throughout project phases from order entry to final documentation Support of all onsite activities from site confirmations, field installations and equipment commissioning Prepare change orders and progress reports for extra work Compile and submit progress payment requests; monitors, reviews and updates project cost reports COMPETENCIES: Exceptional ability to multi-taskOutstanding communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills A team player with leadership abilities REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Construction / Engineering / Management -- OR -- 10 Years of relevant experience Direct Construction Project Management Experience Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Experience working with multiple local municipalities Strong ability to navigate the MEP requirements of a project Must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills as well as have strong communication and client relationship skillsStrong scheduling abilities along with utilization of Microsoft Projects other company specific programs Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) PREFERRED SKILLS: Procore software (STRONGLY DESIRED) PMP CertificationRetail / Commercial Construction Experience Knowledge and experience with staffing construction projects WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a teammate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
