? Role: Senior Project Manager (O&M/Asset Management)?? Location: Washington D.C./Northern Virginia?? Cleantech (Solar)?? $130K to $170KStorm4 is partnered with an established C&I IPP that is looking to expand rapidly in the space to hit their goal of quadrupling their operating assets over the next 5 years. They are firstly looking to add to their team with a Senior Project Manager that will play critical role in the asset management and operations & maintenance of their portfolio. This person will be responsible for building out their own team over the next few years.Responsibilities: Oversee the O&M activities for a portfolio of C&I solar assets, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.Manage third-party O&M service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, safety standards, and performance KPIs.Conduct regular performance analyses, reporting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.P&L responsibility for the operating assets.Requirements: 6+ years of project management experience, ideally focusing on the asset management, O&M or construction of C&I solar projects.4+ years of technical understanding of C&I solar projects.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Financial oversight capabilities to track the financial performance of operating assets.Why Apply?Great BenefitsCareer progression, rapid growthAbility to build out your own team and join a fast paced organization??
