Account Executive/Independent ContractorA well-established private money lending firm based in Northern California is seeking to partner with dynamic, self-motivated, and licensed DRE Brokers based in Northern California (SF Bay Area) & Southern California (San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles) to represent their hard money loan products.About the RoleThe ideal candidate is a proactive, organized professional with strong client follow-up skills, exceptional phone engagement abilities, and a balance of sales and analytical expertise. This role is perfect for someone interested in part-time contract work with commission-based compensation, and who thrives in problem-solving, is tech-savvy, and excels in a customer-service-driven environment. We are a common-sense lender focused on understanding borrowers' stories and evaluating the merits of their loans.ResponsibilitiesOriginate residential and commercial mortgage loans as an independent agent.Market and promote the company's innovative loan products.Assess the financial position of customers seeking loans.Ensure all borrower and loan information is accurate and truthful.Obtain company approval before committing to any fees or expenses.Utilize company-provided forms, promotional materials, and software effectively.Adhere to California Department of Real Estate rules and regulations.Facilitate all necessary documentation for loan processing and funding.Collaborate with the company's broker to achieve goals.Ideal Candidate QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in sales and client service, ideally face-to-face.Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; strong marketing expertise.Mindset: Entrepreneurial, goal-driven, persuasive, and adaptable.Organization: Detail-oriented with outstanding time management and follow-up abilities.Problem-Solving: Creative and flexible in addressing client needs.Industry Knowledge: Experience in transactional real estate or private lending preferred.RequirementsLicense: DRE Broker's License with an MLO endorsement (or willingness to obtain).Entity: Legal entity or corporation to act as an independent contractor.Technical Skills: Proficiency with mortgage industry software, MS Office/Google Docs, and CRM platforms preferred.CompensationCompetitive commission structure aligned with industry standards.What We ProvideUnique loan products tailored to meet market needs.Comprehensive training and ongoing support.In-house loan processing for a seamless experience.Cloud-based tools for remote work flexibility.About Pacific Private MoneyPacific Private Money, Inc. was founded in 2008 and has since become a leading provider of alternative real estate financing.
