About This RoleBIGO LIVE's Content Programming and Management team sits within our Marketing Department whose goal is to oversee a platform-wide content programming strategy that creates understanding and symbiosis between our creators and communities. Serving the North America market, this role serves to ideate, plan and execute content programs and initiatives that are globally/locally relevant to develop our diverse content ecosystem by leveraging the market trends insights and BIGO LIVE in-app functions. You'll need to demonstrate the ability to organize a creative process, communicate their intent and progress, and measure their results against clearly communicated business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, strategize and innovate content initiatives to serve business growth and increase user activeness by leveraging our core product functionsCreate, plan, and execute programs and events, including seasonal events, core-community events and identifying new opportunities to increase engagement for all creators related activities and partnershipsCreate and manage content calendar and project roadmap including schedule, objectives, roadmaps, promotion tactics, and step-by-step action plans etc.Actively innovate and plan content partnerships with both internal and external creators for new content ideas and support content creation and brand growthSet key performance indicators (KPIs) for content campaigns, such as DAU, engagement, retention, livestream hours, watch time, and measuring campaigns' performance against the KPIsDevelop company overview and project presentations for business meetings and pitch on new content opportunitiesMonitor and analyse market and industry trends, hashtags, new topic, emerging content creators, and competitor performance to strategize on company's content activitiesAct as the main interface between the content and marketing team; Work with cross-functional teams including creative, user operation, legal, finance, PR to develop joint platform plansThis position may require travel, both domestically and internationally, as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities. Travel frequency and destinations will vary based on business needs and specific job duties.
