Position OverviewUltimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development Manager to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role involves leading and managing the customer service and sales department, focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving business growth.Salary Range:$90,000 to $130,000 per year Schedule:Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Full-time, onsite in Santee. Requires occasional travel up to 10% of the time. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the customer service and sales department, ensuring efficient operations and excellent client service.Build and manage existing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Expand business through upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.Generate new business through a mixture of warm leads and some cold calling, actively seeking out potential clients.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and competitions to increase brand visibility and explore sponsorship opportunities.Conduct market and research analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Oversee business management and client relationship management, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.Drive sales revenue and growth through strategic partnerships and effective sales strategies.Requirements:5+ years of proven business to business sales or account management experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.3+ years of sales and business development experience within a supervisory role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
