Project Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Site Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure smooth project execution across multiple job sites within the Tri-State area. This role demands extensive travel and the ability to manage teams, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The Site Supervisor will act as the key point of contact between the project team, clients, and upper management, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.Key Responsibilities:? Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.? Coordinate and manage field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of quality.? Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and compliance on all job sites.? Conduct regular site inspections and audits, identifying any potential risks or issues and taking corrective actions.? Report regularly to upper management on project progress, challenges, and team performance.? Manage site documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and other required records.? Facilitate communication between the project team and clients, ensuring that client expectations are met and any issues are promptly addressed.? Assist with project scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring proper staffing and equipment.? Provide on-site training and support for team members as needed.Qualifications:? Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Manager, or similar role, with strong knowledge of construction and project management practices.? Ability to travel extensively across the Tri-State area (80-100%).? Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.? Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance regulations.? Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.? Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
