We are a leading provider of top-tier janitorial services to high-end clients, seeks a talented Director of Operations-Commercial Cleaning to join our team in MinnesotaPosition Objective: Responsible for the operational and financial success of the branches, with a specific focus on profitability, efficiency, productivity, employee retention, and customer satisfaction. A member of upper management, the Director of Operations ensures that a company's everyday activities run smoothly and sets parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively the organization is operating.
