District Partners has been engaged to assist in the search for a Director of Development for a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth who have faced poverty and non-medical adversity. Their mission is to transform lives by broadening perspectives and igniting passions through unique and impactful experiences.The Director of Development is a pivotal role in advancing the organization's mission. This dynamic and motivated professional will oversee donor relations and outreach initiatives, manage diverse fundraising activities, coordinate events, and harness in-kind resources. We are seeking a candidate who is professional, personable, and mission-driven, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
