Project Architect

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, with freedom to run them from start to finish, and there is ample room for movement into a leadership position.Role Overview: As Project Architect, you will produce and manage projects from design through construction, and will be working directly with clients and sub-consultants in the areas of education, healthcare, municipal, industrial and other challenging market sectors.Core Position Responsibilities: Develop projects from inception, including design and presentation materials.Ensure Building Code ComplianceDevelop Plans and Specifications suitable for Permitting, Bidding and Construction.Ensure Plans and Specifications are coordinated.Serve as primary point of contact and project liaison to assist with the resolution of construction issues and conduct site observationsPerform Construction Administration including site visits, jobsite meetings, field reports and documentation.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and other appropriate employees.Minimum Requirements:BS in Architecture2+years experienceArchitectural registration, or path to licensureProficiency in RevitPreferred Skills:Advanced leadership skills as either a technical leader and/or project manager of complex projectsExperience working with a team of engineersSelf motivated
