Job Summary The Manager of Strategy and Operations will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Operations to support transformative and strategic initiatives, drive organizational efficiency, and implement growth strategies across the enterprise. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role will focus on executing strategic projects, optimizing workflows, and ensuring key operational goals are met in alignment with executive leadership and Board priorities. The Manager will assist in monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring effective communication across teams to facilitate operational excellence.Essential Job Functions:Support and execute strategic projects prioritized by senior leadership and the Board and assigned by the Director and SVP of Operations, ensuring measurable results and sustainability.Enhance operational efficiency by optimizing workflows and driving end to end initiatives that contribute to process improvements and enhance profitability for the organization, while maintaining a focus on high quality care delivery.Collaborate with internal departments and leadership teams to implement scalable processes and systems that enhance growth and operational effectiveness, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality care.Manage relationships with internal leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with operational strategies and reporting outcomes effectively.Help build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, supporting the successful execution of change management initiatives across teams.Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Support the development and implementation of policies, standards, and best practices that elevate operational performance and ensure compliance across the organization.Serve as a trusted advisor to the Director of Operations, providing strategic insights and ensuring that key priorities and projects are prioritized and managed effectively and in line with organizational goals.Monitor compliance with regulatory and fiscal guidelines, ensuring adherence to operational standards and mitigating risk.Assist with other ad-hoc duties as needed, providing flexible support across operational initiatives.Other Essential Tasks/Responsibilities/Abilities:Must be consistent with Femwell's core values. Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks efficiently.Must demonstrate commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.Must have excellent listening skills.Must have the ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards and organization attendance policies and procedures.Must maintain compliance with all personnel policies and procedures.Must be self-disciplined, organized, and able to effectively coordinate and collaborate with team members.Education, Experience, Skills, and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in related field required.At least three to five years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy or transformation, business operation, or similar roles; preferably in healthcare or related industries.Experience in management consulting, especially in healthcare or operations-focused roles a plus.Strong communication skills, including the ability to present data and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature, including ability to build relationships and consensus across all levels and cross-functionally. Analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize processes. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Proficiency in Project Management tools. Self-starter mindset with ability to act autonomously and a strong desire to be curious and resourceful to solve problems even if ambiguous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive, results-driven mindset. Willingness to travel as needed.
