Specific Gravity Group, Inc. (SpecGravity) works exclusively with multiunit hospitality and retail brands globally, and is currently seeking a Full Time individual to join the team as a Hands-On Keybnoard,Infrastructure Project Manager, with a specific concentration on Hospitality Information Technology Operations. This is the perfect role for someone with a background leading the Hospitality technology in a brand with experience in rollout projects across multiple locations, coordination, and daily hands on technology experience, looking to work freely and collaboratively with a team and client, moving their career forward as an Infrastructure Project Manager in an ever changing environment. This individual will be relentless in their efforts to lead projects (small and large), work one on one with clients, and make impactful decisions on a daily basis. Given the nature of Hospitality, night or weekend support is highly likely to be required, and will change, depending upon client requirement. For example, if leading a national rollout, the PM will be expected to own the project end to end, including ensuring the technicians onsite have what they need from check in to check out, and the PM is available to answer any questions and validate/QA the work before leaving site and site opens for business next. This could be before client store opening or after closing, and be across multiple time zones.With clients across the US, and rapidly scaling and growing, this position's responsibilities can vary, however, will encompass everything from answering tickets to performing project management of NSO/NROs.This is a highly technical role, and will require daily hands on experience solutioning, troubleshooting, resolving tickets, issues, projects, etc. across POS, network, cabling, AV, etc.Responsibilities:Complete ownership of all projects, end to end, ensuring delivery and close our package to customer;Provide IT support and training for both clients and fellow team members;Create, update, and close projects / tickets / incidents and service requests;Coordinate dispatches of technicians and direct their onsite work;Coordinate equipment procurement for dispatches and projects as needed;Adhere to and create IT processes and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures);Manage IT Projects, with a complete understanding of project life cycle and procurement from solutioning to budgeting and invoicing;Lead NSO/NRO projects, marking drawings, ordering equipment, coordinating installation, identifying and scheduling install teams, and ensuring scope is 100% complete;Manage vendors and partner relationships, closely tracking progress and costs;Lead installation and support efforts of new desktops, laptops, POS, servers, networks, ISPs, surveillance system, AV, and wireless systems;Requirements:Minimum of 4 years experience in a Hospitality (QSR, Full Service, Fast Casual, etc.) technical support role providing service desk IT support, POS support, network support, etc. specializing in troubleshooting Hospitality issues with hardware and software;Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project technical lead role, owning NSO/NRO projects, national rollouts projects, client onboarding, etc.Extensive experience with NSO (New Store Opening) such as running cable, deploying hardware, software, etc.;Previous experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise experience is a Plus);Experience Monitoring, Alerting, and taking Proactive action;Experience working directly with clients and managing client expectations;Excellent time and task management, communication, and customer service skills;Ability to act independently, with initiative in a customer environment, as well as the ability to engage and collaborate with other IT Service and support teams to find and implement resolutions;Experience managing project budgets and schedules;Highly organized;Impeccable attention to detail;Job Type: Full-timeExperience Requirement:Hospitality IT Support: 8 yearsHospitality Project lead: 4 yearsPreferred Experience:Experience with Windows Server, networking, and email systems (Exchange, Office 365, GSuite);Experience with network storage management including backup and restore;Experience with A/V systems;Extensive experience in a Hospitality (QSR, Full Service, Fast Casual, etc.) IT operations support role or similar work;
