We're looking for a skilled CMM Inspector to support our clients quality assurance processes. In this position, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients products meet customer and industry standards by performing inspections at all stages of manufacturing. From programming CMMs to creating detailed inspection reports, your contributions will help maintain our reputation for excellence.Location: Londonderry, NHSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMPay: $25/hourKey Responsibilities:Program and operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS software.Perform inspections across the manufacturing process, including first piece, in-process, final, and First Article Inspections (FAI).Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with specifications.Conduct internal calibration of tools and gauges to maintain accuracy.Generate and maintain detailed inspection documentation, including reports and PPAPs.Review production paperwork to confirm compliance with control plans and verify completed operator inspections.Follow all ISO/AS9100 quality standards and procedures.Maintain a clean, organized workspace free of foreign object debris (FOD).What We're Looking For:Hands-on experience programming and operating CMMs with PC-DMIS software.Ability to interpret technical drawings, geometric tolerances, and industry specifications.Proficiency with mechanical inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and customers.Solid math and computer skills to support data-driven processes.Why Work with Our Client?Consistent weekday schedule - no weekends!Competitive pay starting at $25/hour.Opportunity to make an impact in a company committed to quality and innovation.If you have a passion for precision and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
