Sales Representative

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their client's team in California. This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and building strong client relationships. The role encompasses both account management and new business development.Salary Range:$30 - $34 per hour with opportunity for commission. Schedule:Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Full-time, onsite in Santee. May require occasional travel. Responsibilities:Building and managing existing relationships with clients.Expanding business through upselling and cross-selling techniques.Generating new business through a mixture of warm leads and some cold calling.Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.Driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.Managing accounts and providing regular reporting on sales activities.Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and market awareness.Requirements:2+ years of proven business to business sales or account management experience meeting and exceeding sales targetsBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
