We have a full-time opportunity in Washington, DC, to support the federal government as Heldesk Technician / Mobile Technology technician. Our experienced global team partners with our customers to drive innovation, agility, and improved outcomes.Job SummaryThe position is part of the deskside support team providing mobile phone issuance and asset management and desktop support assistance, as needed.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide phone support and direct user assistance for mobile devices and software, including Apple and Samsung.Interact with end users to identify and resolve various issues related to mobile phones.Perform administrative tasks and mobile inventory control activities.Manage consumables inventory.Communicate technical information in a non-technical manner.Install, configure, and troubleshoot mobile issues with hardware and software.Interact with end users to identify and resolve various issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and server or network connectivity.Open and log trouble tickets in the ticket tracking system to track issues from identification through resolution.Assist users with video teleconferencing services.Install, configure, and troubleshoot issues with hardware and software.Maintain desktops.Serve as backup for other deskside support activities, as needed.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Abilities:Active DOD Secret Level Clearance is preferred.Knowledge of mobile operating systems, applications, and hardware.Familiarity with trouble ticket systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar tools.Outstanding customer service and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to interact professionally within all levels of an organization.Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Two years of Microsoft system support with one year of mobile device support.Certifications:Desired: WISE certified/Apple Certified TechnicianWork Environment and Physical RequirementsFull-time onsiteMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Healthcare Benefits: We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage through CareFirst.
