The expected pay range is based on many factors such as geography, experience, education, and the market. The range is subject to change. Hybrid position 2+ days a week in our French Camp offices. Must have experience in the Union environment, employee & labor relationsWhat You Will Be Doing:Under general supervision, the HR Business Partner is responsible for assisting the administration of employee labor relations activities in a manner consistent with business initiatives, strategic goals and HPSJ's human resource's philosophy, and internal and external requirements. Work is varied and moderately complex and requires a high degree of discretion and independent judgment.Our Vision:Continuously improve the health of our community.Our Mission:We provide healthcare value and advance wellness through community partnerships.Essential Functions:Assists in the management of on-going communication and working relationships with employee representative organizations.Responds to requests for information, investigations, hearings and settlement of such claims or requests; coaches and advises management in preventing and/or addressing such claims or requests.Coordinates the gathering of information related to negotiations; participates in developing HPSJ's position on matters within the scope of bargaining; coordinates the preparation of materials needed for negotiations; serves as a member of the negotiating team.Advises management regarding the interpretation and application of Memoranda of Understanding, HPSJ Policy and Procedures, and various other policies dealing with labor and employee relations.Advises management on moderately complex disciplinary matters.
