Position: Business Development ExecutiveLocation : Jacksonville FL Position Type: On siteSalary: $50K-$80K plus incentivesOverview: Our client is a leading freight brokerage company with over 50 years of experience, and is looking to add an Account Executive to join their growing team in the Jacksonville FL office.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales of cross-border freight servicesProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and networkProvide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with operations team to efficiently manage freight movement and resolve any issuesMeet or exceed monthly/ quarterly sales targets and gross profit goalsQualifications:1-5 years of experience in freight brokerage or a related transportation/logistics role.Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate professionally with clientsStrong Sales skills and a proven track record of success in a hunter/ new business development roleFamiliarity with the freight industry, including knowledge of pricing, capacity, and market trendsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skillsThrives in a fast-paced, competitive team environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
