Just to hint a bit, we're building the next-generation SaaS platform, powered by AI, that evolves with businesses and empowers them to scale effortlessly. We see this role eventually scaling into a VP of Product or CPO role.Key Responsibilities:Own the ideation, strategy, design, implementation, and improvement of products and infrastructure to help us build trust with our customersLead product strategy, customer research, opportunity sizing, planning, scoping, and prioritization to build the highest impact products or improvements for our customersStructure our team's processes to enhance execution velocity, making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resourcesManage the roadmap to deliver on this strategy, balancing short term goals with long term vision.What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience as both a product manager and lead. Familiarity with low code, productivity tools, or SaaS preferred.Proven experience as a Product Manager, Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex systems.Strong proficiency in Figma is a huge plus.Experience designing for SaaS products, or data-heavy applications is a plus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment.A passion for user-centric design and problem-solving.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Willingness to go beyond the standard 9-5 when necessary to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.What We Offer:Competitive salary($100k - 150k) and equity opportunities(0.5% - 2%).401(k) plan with 100% company match on up to 5% of your annual salary.Premium health insurance plans covered 80% by the company.Visa Support: H1B and Green Card sponsorship availableA culture of innovation and continuous learning, with opportunities for professional growth.The opportunity tointo a VP of Product or CPO role
