Private Equity HR Specialist$80-100k Base, + BonusWashington, DCHybrid (4 days in office/week)Our client is a private equity firm with over $5 billion AUM. The firm's has a positive mission to give back to society. They are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team.Duties include, but are not limited to: handling all aspects of payroll processing (via ADP), tracking system updates (PTO, timesheets, benefits etc.), onboarding and off boarding for both the fund and portfolio companies, gathering and organizing data for audits and monthly reporting, administering annual HR trainings, supporting legal with immigration, and other ad hoc projects as needed.Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant HR experience, and at least 1 year of experience processing internal payroll.
