We offer career development and an attractive bonus plan and social events are organized frequently.Job Overview:TransPerfect are seeking a motivated, results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dallas. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating potential clients. You will play a key role in expanding TransPerfect's client base, working closely with our Sales Directors to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, and networking.Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to build relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and present TransPerfect's suite of services.Client Engagement: Engage with key decision-makers, providing them with tailored solutions that align with their goals.Sales Support: Collaborate with Account Executives to manage the sales pipeline and ensure a smooth handoff of leads.Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by converting leads into opportunities.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.1-2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a customer-facing role.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and via email.A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and within a team setting.Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
