Job Overview:We are seeking an AI Enablement Consultant to play a key role in helping our organization unlock the full potential of AI and machine learning (ML) in credit risk management. The ideal candidate will work closely with our data science, risk, and operations teams to drive the integration and adoption of AI technologies across various credit risk processes. This is a highly impactful, client-facing role that bridges the gap between technical AI capabilities and practical business applications. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to define AI strategies that enhance credit risk modeling, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to implement AI and ML solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and integration with existing systems. Use advanced analytics and AI models to derive actionable insights that improve credit risk assessment, fraud detection, and portfolio management. Lead efforts to educate and enable internal teams on AI technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and efficient usage of AI-powered tools and systems. Engage with analysts to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in their credit risk processes, and provide expert recommendations. Stay up-to-date with AI/ML trends and innovations, and assess opportunities to apply new technologies to optimize credit risk strategies. Document project workflows, AI model results, and best practices to maintain transparency and ensure knowledge sharing across the organization. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience working with AI/ML tools and technologies - specifically within Chat GPT, particularly in the context of finance, banking, or credit risk. Strong understanding of credit risk processes and methodologies, including credit scoring, risk modeling, and portfolio management. Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in real-world business applications. Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and clients. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving business needs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bonus Qualifications:Experience in the financial services or credit risk industry is highly desirable. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards within the credit risk space. Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
