Our client, a Financial Services firm based in NY, is looking to add a Talent Assessment Associate to their growing HR team.Hybrid - 3 days NYCTHE ROLE:We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive associate with excellent project management and communication skills to join our HR team. The role will sit on the team that focuses on answering complex people-related questions, developing rigorous frameworks for assessment and evaluation, and fostering a culture of feedback and growth. This role offers meaningful opportunities for professional development, exposure to a range of Human Capital projects, and the chance to work in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging environment.WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:Lead strategic projects from start to finish, manage relationships with external assessment vendors, and contribute ideas to enhance outcomes and processes.Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, providing recommendations for process improvements and future strategies.Partner with teams across the organization to work on various assessment initiatives, supporting the principle of hiring and cultivating extraordinary people.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:3-5 years of experienceBachelors Degree requiredAdept project managers who can shape and drive initiatives, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a keen eye for continuous improvement will excel in this role.A bachelor's degree, a demonstrated record of professional achievement, and three to five years of experience in comparable, cross-functional positions are required.Individuals with a client service mindset, who thrive in a rigorous and collaborative environment and enjoy improving processes and moving projects forward, will be successful in this role.Experience in HR, talent management, or an advanced degree in the human capital field is preferred but not required.We seek candidates with impressive written communication and analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate potential issues.A proven track record of effective collaboration with peers and other stakeholders is essential.
