Key Responsibilities50%-Develop new integrators for AirRob Bin-to-Person system in USA and Canada, and work out the customized solutions for integrators' projects through seamlessly working with integrators, subcontractors and Libiao HQ. Achieve annual sales targets. 30%-Facilitate Libiao's showroom operations, demonstrate AirRob to visitors, conduct solution trainings, manage relationship with stakeholders. 20%-Conduct marketing promotions, organize exhibitions. Market analysis, growth strategy and plan development. Qualifications:3+ year material handling automation solution design and sales experience, Mini-load or Multi-shuttle experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, robotics engineering or business related. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, know-hows in approaching CxOs or key decision makers in customer organizations. Project management skills, capable of project implementation and showroom. AutoCAD design or willing to learn. 70% onsite, 30% travel and remote.
