Job Description: Sales AdministratorRole Overview:As a Sales Administrator, you play a crucial role in optimizing the backend operations that support our sales efforts. Positioned at the intersection of sales support and back-office management, your responsibilities will span a variety of tasks including Financial and Administrative Reporting, Inventory Oversight, and Vendor Relations. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will collaborate with our dynamic Sales team and liaise with the Corporate Office to ensure the store operates efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and precision in all related tasks. Conduct daily sales reconciliations.Support all in-store After Sales Service activities.Assist the Sales team during transactions as needed.Ensure timely and cost-effective ordering of supplies.Manage IT and store maintenance requests, ensuring swift resolutions.Aid in visual merchandising initiatives.Contribute to special projects, ensuring each initiative is unique and effective.Your Profile:Prior experience in the luxury retail sector is a plus.Ability to adhere to retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.A customer-centric approach with a results-driven mindset.Strong multitasking abilities, with a talent for independent problem-solving.Innovative thinking that challenges the status quo.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.A proactive, adaptable, and initiative-driven approach.Integrity and trustworthiness.Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn store operation software (such as Beanstore, CRM, SAP).What We Offer:The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), depending on the position offered.Equal Opportunity Employer:Bulgari is an equal-opportunity employer.
