You will help scale their efforts within the electric propulsion market, designing, building, and delivering the future of in-space propulsion.Responsibilities:Design, optimize, build, and test critical spacecraft and ground support electronics.Expertise required in various electrical engineering disciplines including embedded systems, data handling, sensor interfacing, and power electronics.Manage the entire PCB design process, from requirements definition to production release.Conduct environmental, EMI/EMC, and spaceflight readiness testing on all components.Collaborate with internal and external teams across the industry.Develop and manage supplier statements of work.Provide technical leadership and conduct system checkouts.Experience working in small teams across the entire engineering lifecycle.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.4+ years of experience in electrical systems development.Knowledge of high-speed analog, digital, and mixed-signal design, simulation, and analysis.Knowledge of power electronics systems, including DC/DC and DC/AC conversion.Familiarity with avionics design, fabrication, testing, and delivery processes.Experience with MCUs, digital communication protocols, and their application in space environments.Proven ability in PCB design and layout, with a focus on speed, noise mitigation, thermal management, and manufacturability.Experience with requirements analysis and flow-down.Experience with space systems engineering principles and techniques.Experience working in the Space/Aerospace industryNice to have requirements:Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Experience in working with spacecraft systems.Familiarity with programming languages C and Python.Experience with radiation testing of electronic prototypes.Experience with EMI/EMC testing of aerospace hardware.Experience with Altium Designer or similar PCB design software.Experience overseeing hardware suppliers.Experience troubleshooting electrical systems.Experience performing electrical loads analysis.Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.If interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply.
