Join us and make a real impactKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionDive deep into customer needs and objectives, aligning our solutions like a matchmaker to help them hit their goalsHost regular check-ins and account reviews to gauge customer happiness and uncover opportunities for growth and improvementTeam up with our sales and product team to create a seamless customer journey from onboarding to renewalBe the champion of the customer's voice at KLEAR, sharing their feedback with our product and engineering teams to inspire future innovationsDevelop success plans for customers that outline critical success factors, set metrics for success, identify potential issues, and provide dynamic recommendationsMonitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to tackle any areas of concernLead engaging onboarding and training sessions for new clients, ensuring a smooth adoption of our services.
