ROLEThor is looking for passionate and proven 360 or Business Development focused recruitment professionals to join our rapidly growing recruitment sales team in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. You will be responsible for building a vertical market and servicing existing clients, as well as getting involved in new business development. This role will also require you to continue to build a strong network of candidates within the Life Science sector, or partner with Delivery consultants who manage candidate processes. This opportunity is open to contract or permanent specialist recruiters.If you want to be a part of building something and play a pivotal role in the growth and future of an entire team, then this is the perfect role for you.RESPONSIBILITIESExisting account management of key clientsNew Business Development through a variety of different avenuesConduct market research and analysis for strategic growth of the teamNetworking with Life Sciences professionals and building those relationships to win new businessSchedule and attend face-to-face meetings for networking and building relationships with candidates and clientsNegotiate with key, senior-level stakeholdersConsistently generate revenue with both new and existing clientsDevelop and be involved in new initiatives and strategies that will benefit the businessREQUIREMENTSAgency recruitment experience in a 360 desk or business development capacityProven track record of recruiting within the life sciences is preferredIf no recruitment experience, a strong sales background is requiredSomeone who leads by example and is driven by the success and progression of both themselves and their teamRelevant degreeHardworking, resilient, and entrepreneurial attitudeLeadership or management skills are advantageousProficient in the English Language is requiredMust be authorized to work in the United StatesWHAT WE OFFERAs a nationally recognized 2021 Great Place to Work, we offer full training and support throughout your career; we understand that it can take time to learn the skills you need to be a successful headhunter and will guide you through the learning process.Our Directors are fully integrated in the company and are always on hand to offer advice or role-play difficult situations.
