Sr. Program Manager - medical robotics

Early stage, start-up is revolutionizing the manufacturing of cell therapies by developing advanced robotic systems designed to automate and scale the production of these life-saving treatments.Sr. Program Manager will be pivotal in leading cross-functional teams from concept to launch and fostering a vibrant culture and team. You will work primarily with the engineering team and will play a critical role in the success of the program by facilitating collaborations across all functions.Actively lead cross-functional teams across Hardware, Software, Bio Process, and Product to launch and subsequently iterate upon productsProactively identify and communicate technical or resourcing risks and develop action plans to address issuesManage project kick-offs, design reviews, documentation deliverables, and transfer to productionEnsure that engineering development is organized and efficientMust have experience:Technical degreeProgram management experience with a complex medical systemExperience bringing a product to marketMust be local to the Bay Area
