Key Responsibilities:Deliver a positive in-store experience by providing styling expertise to clients.Educate clients about AHLEM's products, philosophy, values, and brand culture.Build and maintain a loyal client book through strong relationships with customers. Responsible for reaching and exceeding sales goals regularly.Assist management in various operational duties.Serve as an AHLEM expert in selecting frames and lenses best suited to specific needs, style, and RX.Responsible for taking and recording measurements such as bridge and eye size, temple length, and pupillary distance using the appropriate tools.Manage work orders for lab technicians to ensure the accuracy and delivery of client prescription lenses.Ensures completed eyewear meets AHLEM standards.Qualifications:NY State-licensed optician is mandatory2+ years sales experience in luxury eyewear or high-end luxury retail.Flexible schedule and available to work weekends.Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude.Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision.Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.For consideration, please email your resume and a cover letter to josette@
