Construction Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project. Field-Based RoleSpend 100% of time on active work sites, overseeing jobsites, materials, and ensuring projects are built according to plans and specifications.Communication & CoordinationServe as the point of contact for Trade Partners, Design, and Sales teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project flow.Quality Control & SafetyUphold quality standards, maintain clean and safe job sites, and ensure compliance with EPA guidelines and best practices.Resource ManagementCoordinate deliveries to avoid damage and access issues, and ensure unused materials/products are returned promptly.Site Visits & Progress VerificationConduct site visits when needed to verify progress and ensure tasks are being completed as per plan.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience Extensive knowledge of residential construction and best practices
