This in-office role is perfect for someone who thrives on resolving customer concerns, processing orders, and delivering exceptional support.Troubleshooting Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and emailTroubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutionsProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently using ERP systems such as NetSuite or OracleManage order status, updates, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer concerns or order discrepanciesMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, resolutions, and order processingProactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issuesProvide product or service information and educate customers about best practicesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and communicate customer feedback to managementTroubleshooting Customer Service Representative Requirements:3+ years in Customer Service3+ years of troubleshooting experienceExperience with order processing and managing customer accountsProficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms is requiredStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask and remain calm and professional under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, enjoy solving problems, and have experience with ERP systems and order processing, we'd love to hear from you!
