Our values are toBe kind and treat all people - teammates, customers, and vendors - with respect and consideration Be adaptable and embrace changeBe accountable and take responsibility and deliver the effort to fully complete the taskBe better and strive for continuous improvement in ourselves, our team, and the company for our customersBe part of the solution and solve problems, find the answers, and collaborateWork hard, have fun, and get things done Spring EQ is hiring Inside Wholesale Account Executives in Charlotte, NC to join our rapidly growing team.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for identifying, contacting, and gaining approval for new home equity brokers.Establishes and continues the broker/seller relationship and ensure a steady flow of loan applications for existing and newly approved Spring EQ customers.Advises brokers of Spring EQ programs, pricing and submission policies and procedures.Assists brokers in loan submission process.Trains brokers on use of available online systems for loan submissions, rate sheets and loan lock procedures.Acts as liaison with broker, and internal processor, processing, underwriting, and closing to ensure timely loan closings.Ensures compliance deadlines are met with regards to pre-disclosures, approval letters and denial notices.Work, maintain and update contacts in the CRM system.Maintain all customer confidential information in accordance with all company policies and all laws.Manages loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals and objectives.Provide a high level of customer service to brokers during the loan process.This position requires a hybrid office/remote work schedule with an in-office presence a minimum of three days per week.
