We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Transactional Paralegal with 7+ years of solid experience to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with commercial transactions, including corporate and real estate transactionsPrepare and review loan documentation and financing documentsConduct UCC research and filingsPerform due diligence and prepare search reports and strategiesHandle title and survey matters, including policies, reports, and title documentsCoordinate and manage closings, including preparing closing binders and post-closing dutiesDraft promissory notes and corporate resolutionsConduct research using public records and informational databasesRequirements:ABA Approved Paralegal CertificateProficiency in Microsoft Office, Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, and online legal databasesNotary Public certification is a plusStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProactive, team player attitudeDesired Skills and Experience:Commercial Transactions ParalegalCorporate and Real Estate TransactionsSecured and Unsecured TransactionsCorporate DocumentationReal Estate DocumentationUniform Commercial Code (UCC)Due DiligenceLoan DocumentationFinancing DocumentsPreliminary Title ReportsTitle PoliciesAncillary Loan DocumentationPromissory NotesSearch Reports and StrategiesOrdering ReportsCorporate ResolutionsOrchestrating and Coordinating ClosingsPost-Closing ChecklistPreparing and Maintaining Closing BindersResearching Online Public Records and Information DatabasesExperience working with Clio practice management software.Please apply with a current resume for immediate and confidential consideration.
