This role is ideal for someone looking for broader responsibilities and is excited about learning new skills.ResponsibilitiesCore Accounting DutiesPerform A/P, A/R, and Payroll processesPerform G/L reconciliations and month-end close activitiesMaintain accurate financial records across multiple entitiesCollaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reportingBenefits AdministrationHandle annual insurance renewalsPersonnel MattersOversee onboarding, policy administration, employee reviews, and disciplinary actionsWorkers Comp/OSHA/Safety AdministrationManage worker's compensation and OSHA complianceReportingPrepare monthly financial, inventory, sales and headcount reportsManage books, financial reporting and rent tracking for real estate entitiesManage books and financial reporting for a fast-food establishmentGovernment ReportingManage various filings for multiple entitiesIdeal Candidate The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience and possess strong logical thinking skills and the desire to learn and grow. We are willing to train the right candidate on a variety of tasks, however, the most important qualities are the candidate's outlook, problem-solving abilities and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges.
