Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

LHH is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Atlanta, GA. You will be supporting a growing real estate legal team with all aspects involved in high-value commercial real estate transactions, including contracts, leases, acquisitions, development agreements, due diligence, and more! This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most significant and complex real estate deals. You will be responsible for reviewing, summarizing, analyzing, and coordinating contracts and real estate diligence materials, such as easements, CCRs, surveys, environmental reports, title commitments and policies, title and survey objection letters, and closing statements.Your responsibilities will also include assisting with project management, tracking, and support, as well as prioritization; resolving issues as they arise; assisting with file management; coordinating transaction closings for high-value deals; and supporting real estate purchases, sales, leasing, and financing. This role requires a highly collaborative, professional, and communicative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
