Please reach out for more details and immediate consideration as the hiring manager is reviewing resumes this THIS weekend!This role is to support the online division and sits in the corporate office, NOT in a bank facilityAs a Bank Client Support Specialist your role will involve facilitating the financial security of our members by engaging in needs-based sales and service conversations related to a single Banking line of business or product set. Responsibilities: Handle incoming member calls and online messages in a fast-paced environment Use effective communication, probing questions, and critical thinking skills to identify member needs and provide suitable solutions, which may include offering banking products Manage multiple tasks, such as navigating between systems and resources efficiently Develop in-depth knowledge of our banking products to attract new members and enhance relationships with current members through product acquisition Advise and educate members Deliver outstanding member service by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism Apply strong time and call management skills to assist members with their banking needs Prioritize continuous improvement and development through coaching and collaboration with your manager and team members :
